Kelley graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a BA in Communication and Media Studies. She began her career as a journalist for Carbon County based Times News for several years before moving to the Lehigh Valley to serves as Assistant to Mayor Donchez of the City of Bethlehem. Kelley continued her career with the role of Public Relations Coordinator for ArtsQuest in 2021, followed by the role of Membership and Marketing Manager for the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corp and is currently the Communications Specialist for The Foundation for Renewable Energy and Environment (FREE). In 2023 she became the Marketing Director for the firm. Kelley resides in Jim Thorpe and is an avid traveler, hiker and music lover.
